Dispatch & Delivery Update
Due to Brexit we have suspended sales and shipping to the EU until further notice. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
All of our orders are packed and dispatched with safety at the forefront. We ensure those who are fulfilling orders are fit and well. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's Click & Drop services which minimises handling of parcels. We would recommend that you wash your hands once you have removed your item from it's outer shipping box.
Due to COVID-19 our dispatch times are longer than the normal. Thank you for bearing with us during this time. If your order is time sensitive please email email@example.com and we will see if we can provide a dispatch and delivery time that meets your needs.
UK Shipping for Revive pyjamas cost £5, all other orders shipped to the UK are free. Orders are estimated to arrive in 5-7 working days.
Costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout and shipped through Royal Mail. Delivery is estimated within 5-10 working days depending on location. Pjoys will not be held liable for any local custom duties or taxes for your goods upon delivery.
To minimise the number of returns, during this time, we will contact you directly after you have checked out to ensure that you are selecting, and we are sending, the best size for you. If you have questions about sizing please drop us a line: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to COVID-19 we understand the potential challenges of getting to a post office during this time. We have therefore extended our returns window to 28 days. But please let us know within 14 days or receipt of your order if you want to return an item, so that we can prepare for it.
Goods being returned should be unworn and returned with a completed returns card. Items that are marked or damaged on return will not be refunded. Return costs are currently the responsibility of the returner. We have a deep cleaning protocol to handle returns, which includes steaming and dry cleaning.
For hygiene and safety reasons it is not possible for us to accept returns for face masks or sleep masks. These items will not be refundable.
