Dispatch & Delivery
UK Shipping for select collections cost £5, all other orders shipped to the UK are free. See the delivery tab on product pages for details. Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 working days. If your order is time sensitive, please email us so we can help get your order to you in good time.
Costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout and shipped through Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery is estimated within 5-10 working days depending on location. Pjoys will not be held liable for any local custom duties or taxes for your goods upon delivery.
Returns Update
To minimise returns and to ensure the best size and fit first time, please drop us a line if you have any questions about our sizing.
If you need to return or exchange an item, that's okay. Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items that are marked or damaged on return will not be refunded.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns for face masks or sleep masks and therefore these items are not refundable.
As a small business we aren't currently able to cover the cost of returns.
