This robe is a glorious statement piece. Lustrous purple fabric is paired with a bold iridescent print in bright blue, rich purple and zingy green. Complete with matching patterned waist tie. Made from silky, lightweight, pre-loved saree fabric. Semi-translucent in direct light.
This robe has had a life before we ‘re-loved it’. Time has left its marks and we refer to these as ‘wabi-sabi’.

Robe wabi-sabi details: 2 x 2cm patch located at the back of robe in line with the height of the waste tie, mark above patch 2 x 1.5cm. See image 3. Both patch and mark can be concealed by waist tie. Small, subtle marks, similar to those in image 3, are present throughout the garment. The iridescent nature of the fabric goes some way to concealing the marks.
